Is it really possible to get clear skin without using cleansers? Most people will probably tell you no. However, it is likely that if you look at many of the people you know with fair skin, you will find that many do not have to use cleaning products. In fact, many people with fair skin rarely do more than rinse your face with water. Maybe all the cleaning products you are using to try and fight acne are not really the answer.
A few years ago I was living in the dorms at my university, trying everything to win the battle against acne that had tormented me for so long. I'm a guy, but my skin products was far beyond what most of the girls knew he possessed. I had a full selection of acne products, including antibacterial soaps, creams, wipes, toners, pore cleansers, and much more. I treated my face at least three times a day with the system I developed, and managed to keep my acne from getting too ugly, but never really went away. The worst were the large cystic bumps that sometimes appear, and nothing really worked against them.
What makes me crazy is that while I was enslaved to try to keep my face halfway presentable, my roommate who just washed his face always had clear skin! There were people in that room with the skin perfectly clear that personal hygiene habits that baboons cringe!
Back in high school, I remembered staring at the mirror while washing your face with a three-step system and wondered: "Does anyone else really have to do this? "There must be a better way.
Determined to find a real solution, clear skin in the long term, I went to the source of all knowledge at random and gossip: the Internet.
Visit acne message boards, I found a lot of unorthodox treatments, but many of them sounded too similar to the temporary arrangements had already been using. The only thing that really stood out was vitamin B5.
The testimony he had heard of B5 users sounded almost too good to be true, and the fact that these people were talking about a vitamin generic rather than branded product was the testimony that much more interesting. The doses required were large, but as the water-soluble vitamin and had no side effects, I decided it was worth it. My father also happens to be a doctor, and he confirmed that B5 was harmless before you start using it.
My results were fast, and different from any acne treatment that he had used before. After four days, my face began to feel less fat and I noticed the redness in my acne diminishing. Many of the smaller grains that had just disappeared. I have not had clear skin once, but within weeks it just stopped getting new grains, and surprisingly, my face stayed that way. I know it sounds corny, but I really felt like I had discovered the great secret that I share with the world.
After a few months ago I had the opportunity to reduce my dose of vitamin B5 and keep my skin clear. The tons of skin care that I had accumulated began collecting dust, and my only regret is the amount of money that was lost in all the temporary treatments. It just felt great not having to worry about cleaning system. I rinse the face in the morning and evening, and that was it. In a word, was "normal."
So if you're looking for a real acne solution, my advice is to skip the cleaning and give B5 a shot. Having clear skin without cleansers is not as crazy as it sounds, is actually the most natural solution out there.
